On Aug. 27, Kurt J Somerville and Candice E Vogler purchased a home at 2242 Daybreak Drive, Aurora from Melody Diggs for $220,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $5,266.22, which is 2.39% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $189,500 on Sept. 6, 2005.

This property is one of three sales so far in Aurora in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Melody Diggs has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2242 Daybreak Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bettie R Diggs, 88, Melody Diggs, 55, and Bettie R. Diggs, 88.
