On Aug. 24, Diane Nissen purchased a property at 26745 S. Harlem Ave., Country Hills from Michael C. Klomfar (trustee), Michael C. Klomfar (living trust), Mary Lou Szymczak (trustee) and Mary Lou Szymczak (living trust) for $530,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $11,038.62, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Country Hills as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael C. Klomfar (58) has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
