On Aug. 25, Kevin P O'Brien and Melanie J O'Brien purchased a home at 704 Lisdowney Drive, Lockport from Thomas E. Degitis (trustee) and E. Degitis Thomas (revocable living trust) for $405,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $9,303.78, which is 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Lockport.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas E. Degitis (62) has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
