On Aug. 25, Taylor O'Brien and Cristian Asuncion purchased a home at 14918 W. Victoria Crossing, Lockport from Stephen Siemek for $176,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,803.02, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 5, 2015 for $129,999.

This property is one of three sales so far in Lockport in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stephen A. Siemek (34) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
