On Aug. 25, James Joseph Absher Jr. and Keely Kathleen Absher purchased a home at 11824 Golden Gate Drive, Mokena from Juan M. Zambrano and Elbia A. Nolasco for $645,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $14,023.44, 2.17% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $484,000 on June 11, 2014.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Mokena.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Juan Manuel Zambrano has been registered to vote since 2016. Elbia Angelica Nolasco has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
