On July 28, Patrick and Nicole McFarland purchased a home at 8108 Parkview Lane, Frankfort from Donald D. and Cherri L. Syvrud for $475,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $11,188.90, 2.36% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 5, 2003 for $354,900.

So far in July 2021, nine properties sold in Frankfort.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cherri L. Syvrud has been registered to vote since 2002. Donald D. Syvrud has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
