In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $1,662.58, which is 1.23% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Crystal Lawns in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Glenn Ellena, 90, was the only registered voter residing at 2505 Lockner Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
