CALL TO ORDER:
Trustee Carpanzano made a motion to open the meeting at 6:30p.m. Trustee Zarate seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

✔ Director Cojulun presented the engagement of extension of services for this fiscal year and the following fiscal year with BKD CPA’s & Advisors.
o She explained the scope of the services to be performed and new GASB pronouncements that will be going into effect in the near future.
Trustee Watts made a motion to approve the engagement of extension of services for this fiscal year and the following fiscal year with BKD CPA’s & Advisors. Trustee Zarate seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Trustee Watts made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m. Seconded by Trustee Carpanzano. All in favor. Motion carried.
