April 2021: Home prices in Naperville (DuPage County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $42,000 while total sales increased by 97.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Naperville in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,935, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
