A. CALL TO ORDER

Meeting was called to order at 9:30 AM by President Harris.

B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Commissioner Parker led the Pledge of Allegiance.

President Harris introduced Commissioner Fritz to deliver the invocation.
