4. Committing Funds for University of Illinois Cooperative Extension (Megan Walsh)
Ms. Megan Walsh gave a brief introduction of U of I Extension funds.
Mr. Fricilone suggested keeping the contribution at $35,000.
Mr. Harris stated in the past we have given the Extension $50,000. In our past discussions we wanted to get back to the $50,000 level.
Mr. Moustis stated he would support extra funds this year because the U of I Extension's fundraising will be hampered by the Coronavirus and asked how much the Extension expected to raise from the fundraiser.
Ms. Walsh replied we expected to raise $10,000 from the fundraiser.

Ms. Winfrey stated the current vendor could not do the payroll portion. Other county department use Kronos for their payroll and this will allow the county to have one system throughout.
Mrs. Ogalla stated we did interview three vendors and Kronos makes the most sense.
Mr. Mike Shay and Mr. Bruce Tidwell reviewed the details and indicated an agreement would be available by Monday.
A brief question and answer period took place.
Ms. Howard stated the 2021 budget will plan for the funds to cover the system.
