City of Joliet issued the following announcement on June 13.
Due to scheduled maintenance the water billing system will be down beginning on Friday, June 12th at 5:00PM CST and will not be available until Sunday, June 14th at 8:00AM CST. During this time we will not be accepting payment through our online payment site or by phone.
