Village Of Shorewood Board of Fire and Police Commission met Dec. 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Present: Commissioners George Muentnich, Pat Kerr, Mike O’Connell

Guests: Chief Aaron Klima, Recording Secretary Donna Prince

Next meeting: February 2, 2020 after interviews

I. Citizens – Matters of the Public

None

II. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve minutes from August 26, 2019 meeting made by O’Connell, seconded by Kerr. Roll call held, motion carried.

III. Old Business

Officer DeCamp is in Phase 3 of FTO training. It is going well and he will be released soon.

Sergeant testing will be budgeted for in 2020 for an expiring list.

IV. New Business

None

V. Bills

Shaw Media for police officer ad $1,074.00

Motion to approve bills made by Kerr, seconded by O’Connell. Roll call held, motion carried.

VI. Executive Session

Motion to go in to executive session made at 1:12 pm, made by Kerr, seconded by O’Connell. Roll call held, motion carried.

No action taken in Executive Session.

Motion to come out of Executive Session at 1:38 pm by O’Connell, seconded by

Kerr. Roll call held, motion carried.

VII. Adjournment

Motion to adjourn made by Kerr, seconded by O’Connell. Roll call held, motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 1:45 pm.
