Aurora (Will County) home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Aurora in Will County fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Aurora in April 2018.
