Channahon Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
The Village was experiencing technical difficulties with the financial software. As a result, some residents may receive duplicate utility bills via email. If you are signed up for paperless billing with the Village of Channahon, it is possible that two emails may have been sent out in error. Please note that they are the same bill and you can ignore one of the two emails. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Finance Department.
