Q3 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60423?

There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 60423, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Will County Gazette.

The data shows that the woman was released in the Decatur zip code. The 23-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

She was sentenced to 2 years in prison for a property crime in 2018 when she was 22 years old.
