2.Citizens to be Heard on Agenda Items:

This section is for anyone wanting to speak regarding items listed on the agenda, except for items listed under Public Hearing. Anyone speaking on an agenda item is entitled to speak for a maximum of 4 minutes. It is not a question and answer period and staff and the Safety Committee Members do not generally respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures; please note speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the Safety Committee Members shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit the opportunity to speak.

3.Approval of Minutes - February 5, 2018, May 1, 2018, June 5, 2018, September 4, 2018 and October 2, 2018

4.Request for Approval to Amend Ambulance Service and Fees and a Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with Andres Medical Billing, Ltd.

5.Request for Authorization to Amend the 2019 Budget and to Purchase A Replacement Dive Team Boat for the Fire Department from The Boat House for $35,029.82
