Preston Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Preston Heights rose by $79,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 132.8% increase over the $59,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Preston Heights in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Preston Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,840, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
