Minooka (Will County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Minooka in Will County rose by $47,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,950 - a 18.4% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Minooka in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Minooka for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,563.50, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
