Ingalls Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Ingalls Park rose by $20,980.50 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,250 - a 27.2% increase over the $77,269.50 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Ingalls Park in the first quarter of 2017.
