Wellington Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Wellington Heights fell by $123,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 42.3% decrease over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wellington Heights in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Wellington Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,945, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
