Monee home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Monee rose by $11,400 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,400 - a 7% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Monee in the first quarter of 2017.
