Homer Glen home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Homer Glen rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 41%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Homer Glen in the first quarter of 2017.
