Wilmington home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Wilmington rose by $25,249.50 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,250 - a 25.5% increase over the $99,000.50 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wilmington in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Wilmington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,224.60, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
