Lockport home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lockport rose by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 40.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Lockport in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Lockport for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,586.10, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
