Ingalls Park home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Ingalls Park rose by $6,539 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,539 - a 9.5% increase over the $69,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ingalls Park in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Ingalls Park for 2017 was $2,159.94. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,945.70. This marks an increase of 11%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.9%.
