Democratic James W Glasgow's election campaign committee, Glasgow for Will County, spent $14,440 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Glasgow's committee spent the most on fundraising event fee in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,997) going to The Newberg Group in Morris. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Glasgow's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
