How did David Garcia spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic David Garcia's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge David Garcia, spent $25,745 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Garcia's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with 72.3% of this total ($3,266) going to Alpha Media in Crest Hill. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Garcia's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
