Democratic James W Glasgow's election campaign committee, Glasgow for Will County, spent $5,795 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Glasgow's committee spent the most on women's team build in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,500) going to Will County Habitat for Humanity in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Glasgow's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
