How did Jim Holland spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Independent Jim Holland's election campaign committee, Holland for Mayor, spent $50,269 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holland's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($28,215) going to Curtis Scott Advertising, Inc. in Elmhurst. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holland's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
