How did Tyler Marcum spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Tyler Marcum's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Tyler Marcum, spent $14,110 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Marcum's committee spent the most on postage in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,633) going to Joliet Post Office in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Marcum's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
