How did Laurie Summers spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Laurie Summers's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Laurie Summers, spent $4,774 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
