How did Jim Holland spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Independent Jim Holland's election campaign committee, Holland for Mayor, spent $4,175 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holland's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,276) going to Perma Graphics Printers in New Lenox. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holland's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
