(Jeff Ronaldson)

Mr. Moustis said I don't know how familiar some of the new members are with highway or with things like Motor Fuel Tax, there are different pots of money. I'm wondering if you could explain that for them.

Mr. Moran added primarily for road projects in Will County we use Motor Fuel Taxes and we use RTA tax which is a regional tax that is collected. So when we authorize expenditure of money we will generally say which fund it is coming from. In this case these expenditures were coming out of Motor Fuel Taxes.

Mr. Moran advised this is a project we did over Plum Creek and we weren't able to obtain all of the right of way that we thought we were going to get originally. So we had to redesign it.

Mr. Moran said this is Smith Road going east towards Archer Ave. This is something where if a pipeline is in our easement then they have to pay to move their own pipeline. In this case BP's easement pre existed our road so we had to pay to move it.
