The City of Joliet Fire Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.

Our Joliet Fire Department had Ice Rescue Training today and our very own Interim City Manager Marty Shanahan participated in 3 successful rescue scenarios for the Dive & Fire Rescue Teams!
