Q4 real estate sales report: Lockport

Median prices rose in Lockport over last year, and are down 5.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 164 homes sold in Lockport for a median price of $201,500. That's 4.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, 1 home in Lockport was in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Lockport was $5,654.34 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
