Q4 real estate sales report: Rockdale

Median prices rose in Rockdale over last year, and are down 15.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 4 homes sold in Rockdale for a median price of $143,850. That's 95.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
