Q3 real estate sales report: Lockport

Median prices declined in Lockport over last year, and are down 7.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 152 homes sold in Lockport for a median price of $197,800. That's 2.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
