Pritzker appeared to outpace Rauner by a margin of 3.4 percent on Tuesday in the township.
In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Bruce Rauner, won by a margin of 14.8 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Pat Quinn, who received 6,377 votes to Rauner's 8,679.
