City of Joliet issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
On Friday, August 17, 2018 the City of Joliet will install additional stop signs at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Rowell Avenue. Currently only Rowell Avenue stops at 2nd Avenue. The additional stop signs will make this an all way stop intersection.
Motorists are asked to use caution while travelling in this area.
