The meeting of the Finance, Administration & Land Acquisition Committee was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Alderman Studer.

Review / Approve the minutes from the January 16, 2018 Meeting:

Alderman Tutor made a motion and Alderman Kirwin seconded to approve the minutes from the January 16, 2018 meeting and have them placed on file. Upon voice vote, The Motion Carried, 8 yes.

Review Accounting Reports as Presented by City Accountant:

Accountant Doglio reviewed and explained the reports to the Committee.

Review and Approve Ordinance No. 18-02-20-02 – An Ordinance Providing for a Supplemental Appropriation and Line Item Transfers for the Fiscal Year Beginning May 1, 2017 and Ending April 30, 2018:

The Committee reviewed the ordinance as presented. Upon voice vote, The Motion Carried, 8 yes. This will be voted on by full City Council at the February 20, 2018 meeting.

Review and Approve Resolution No. 2018-05 – A Resolution Deleting and Designating Authorized Signatories to the City of Wilmington Bank Accounts at First Midwest Bank:

Upon voice vote, The Motion Carried, 8 yes. This will be voted on by full City Council at the February 20, 2018 meeting.

Review and Approve Resolution No. 2018-06 – A Resolution Deleting and Designating Authorized Signatories to the City of Wilmington Bank:

Accounts at Chase Bank Upon voice vote, The Motion Carried, 8 yes. This will be voted on by full City Council at the February 20, 2018 meeting.

Review and Discuss Amendments to Chapter 52, Meters and Rates:

The rates were discussed and the Committee agreed to move this March 14, 2018 Water, Sewer, Streets & Alleys Committee meeting to discuss percentages.

Adjournment:

With no further business before the Committee, Alderman Studer made a motion and it was seconded by Alderman Butler to adjourn. Upon voice vote, The Motion Carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
