2016 in the amount of $113,580.55 in the Excess Administrative Set Aside in TIF #2 Fund that was held by the City

6. Review/Approve the Distribution from the TIF #2 Fund, the available Incremental Property Taxes from 2016 that were collected in 2017 and in the City s possession

7. Review/Approve the Purchase of the New Sewer Jet

8. Review/Approve Façade Improvement Grant Application submitted by MK Sons Property LLC/Project Address: 708-710 W. Baltimore Street

9. Discussion on Tax Refund Letter per Attorney Wellner
