a) HG-1726-V, 14623 W. 143rd Street (Public Hearing): Consideration of a request for: (1) a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the required front yard of the subject property where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction [Section 220-807 of Chapter 220 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen]; (2) a Variance to reduce the required front yard setback for an accessory structure located within the required front yard of a residential property from 40’ to 3’ [Attachment 1, Table 1B (Site and Structure Bulk Requirements for Residential Districts) of Chapter 220 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen]; and (3) a Variance to increase the number of home occupations permitted on a single zoning lot from one to two [Section 220- 824 of Chapter 220 (Zoning) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen] at 14623 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen, Illinois.

a) HG-1725-V, Francis and Margaret Marsala Property (Public Hearing): Consideration of a request for a Variance to reduce the minimum lot frontage for property located in the E-2 Singlefamily Rural Residential District from 270’ feet to 0’ [Attachment 1, Table 1B (Site and Structure Bulk Requirements for Residential Districts) of Chapter 220 (Zoning) of the Code of the village of Homer Glen] for certain real property known as PIN 16-05-23-300-043-0000 in Homer Glen, Illinois.
b) HG-1727-S, PI Tower Development, LLC (Public Hearing): Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Wireless Communication Facility, 150’ in height, in the A-1 Agricultural District [Article 8 (General Provisions) of Chapter 220 of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for 17239 S. Parker Road, Homer Glen, Illinois. The applicant is requesting any relief necessary to construct the Wireless Communication Facility on the subject property.
