2. Approve Ordinance No. 17-09-19-01 – An Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory and Zoned with I5, Planned Industrial Development Zoning to the Corporate Limits of the City of Wilmington, Will County, Illinois (Adar Ridgeport Industrial Partners, LLC)
