The Will County Republicans are hosting several fun events in August.
The 21st annual WTRO Golf Outing will be held Aug. 25 at Tamarack Golf Club in Naperville. Radio host Dan Proft will be the keynote speaker, with tee time at 1:30 p.m. The event includes dinner at 6 p.m. with a discount for early bird registration by Aug. 10. A golf fundraiser will be held earlier in the month on Aug. 11 called the Citizens for O’Dekirk Golf Outing and Steak Dinner Fundraiser at the Inglewood Golf Course in Joliet. The event will start at 11 a.m. and run to 7:30 p.m. For RSVP, contact Rebecca at 815-405-2465.
On Aug. 13 from 3 to 8 p.m., the Will County Republicans will host a fundraiser for August O’ Neill Deuser for Illinois Senate District 19 at Little Joe’s in Frankfort. Pizza will be served at 5 p.m.; $40 per couple.
The GOP will celebrate Governor’s Day at the Illinois State Fairgrounds on Aug. 16 from 11:30 to 4 p.m. Carpooling is recommended.
The Will County GOP is encouraging folks to visit the Republican Central Committee booth at the Will County Fair” Aug 23–27 at the Will County Fairground in Peotone.
