Unpaid fines for Plainfield-based campaign committee totaled $2,453.83 in January 2017

One campaign committee in Plainfield has overdue fines amounting to a total of $2,453.83, records obtained by the Will County Gazette show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Republican National Hispanic Assembly - Will County was the only campaign committee in Plainfield that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The largest fine that Republican National Hispanic Assembly - Will County has yet to pay was imposed on Feb. 27, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,253.83.
