1. Consider for Approval a Motion to Grant a One Year Extension of the Special Use Permit and Final Development Plan for Waterfall Place, 12500 W. 159th St., Homer Glen, IL.

2. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 17-004, an Ordinance Granting (1) a Variance to Reduce the Required Minimum Lot Width/Lot Frontage From 330 Feet to 317 Feet, (2) a Variance to Reduce the Required Minimum Lot Area From 10 Acres to 4 Acres, and (3) a Variance to Allow a Side Yard Setback of 0 Feet for an Agricultural Structure in Lieu of the 100 Feet Required in the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District for Certain Real Property Located at 15517 W. 151st Street (Michael Jessup; Case No. HG-1633-V).

3. Consider for Approval the Bid Proposal from Landscape Supply Inc. for the 2017 Spring and Fall Public Parkway Tree Planting Program.

4. Consider for Approval an Agreement with National Research Center Inc. to Conduct the National Citizen Survey in an Amount Not to Exceed $16,830.
