He stated the City will work with EnerNOC for purchasing electric for City facilities. Jeff Dickenson, SB Friedman, presented highlights from the analysis and redevelopment plan for the Presence-Saint Joseph Medical Center Area TIF District, which included the eligibility methodology, eligibility findings on improved and vacant land. He also discussed a proposed budget, future land use plan. Ed Dollinger, current Chairman of the Board of Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, highlighted the hospitals economic impact on the City of Joliet and why the hospital supports the TIF District. Property owner on Hammes on the foundation board of the hospital spoke in favor of the TIF District. Garland Mays, President of the Forest Park Neighborhood Council, highlighted all the positive things happening in the Forest Park Community and thanked the Mayor, Council, and Joliet Police Department for their support.
