The Lewis University men's volleyball team will host several home matches against teams ranked in last year's Top 15 rankings, the Flyers' 2017 schedule on LewisFlyers.com indicates.
The Flyers will face defending national champion Ohio State twice, including a home match on March 18, and host last year's national runner-up, Brigham Young, on Jan. 6 in the Flyers' home opener.
Lewis also will host Pepperdine, ranked No. 7 last season, on Jan. 14; Ball State (No. 13) on Feb. 17; Penn State (No. 12) on March 24; St. Francis (No. 15) on March 25; and Loyola (No. 10) on March 28.
In other men's volleyball news, the Flyers will host their Fall Festival on Sunday, Oct. 23, opening against Grandview at 9:30 a.m. in Neil Carey Arena. Other schools in the Festival are Ball State, Lindenwood, Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne and McKendree.
