NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar will have a speaking and book-signing event at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, at Pfeiffer Hall in Naperville.
Abdul-Jabbar will discuss and sign copies of his latest book, “Writings on the Wall.”
Tickets to the event can be purchased at www.kareemandersons.brownpapertickets.com. Cost is $32 for an individual or $40 for a couple. The ticket price includes a copy of “Writings on the Wall” that each ticketholder will receive at the event and a reserved place in the signing line.
No posed photos will be allowed, and only the book will be autographed. Each attendee must have a printed copy of his or her ticket with them at the event.
Pfeiffer Hall is on the North Central College campus at 310 E. Benton Ave.
